COMMISSION

The term commission is used to describe the incentive that Shark Zone chooses to facilitate in appreciation of our valued agents. It is not added to the price charged to the end client, we elect to facilitate this cost in order to support the agents who have invested in us. Commission does not alter the price of the tour.

Shark Zone is the only company in Cape Town that provides a 'Best Price Guarantee' on this tour. If you/your guest find the same tour elsewhere for a lower price* (*excludes group buying schemes) then just let us know and we will match it. EDUCATIONALS

Educational trips are available, however, please remember that space is already extremely limited, there is often a waiting list for them and so strict conditions apply. For example, all educationals are subject to approval by the owner; these tours only take place out of season; they are available for only one member of any establishment; you may be asked to sign a booking agreement with Shark Zone in order to complete an educational (in which you agree to pay for your trip in full should you contravene the conditions of our agreement).
