Paragliding in Cape Town is an experience unlike any other. Boasting a pristine location, where mountain and sea converge, the Mother City is one of the most picturesque places in the world to paraglide.
Shark Zone’s most commonly utilised launch sites for tandem paragliding are Lion’s Head and Signal Hill, set within the beautiful Table Mountain National Park. Clients will be advised on the morning of the flight which site will be used that day. Depending on the weather conditions, tandem paragliding flights last anything from 7 to 30 minutes. Not to worry, the pilot will keep you in the air as long as possible, allowing you to get the most out of this unforgettable experience.
Paragliding flights through Shark Zone cost only R1400 per adult. This price includes all safety equipment, flight assistance staff, and a qualified and experienced pilot. Optional extras include a R250 video and picture package, merchandise, and return transfers from the Cape Town CBD for R150 per person.
Because pictures really do speak louder than words, we’ve put together a photoblog showcasing paragliding in Cape Town.
